Your estimated cost includes mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing off debris. Lawn Care maintenance will be done every week during April – Sept 30th and every other week during Oct. 1st – March 31rst. This is about 40 times per year. This plan must be for at least a year. First cut might include extra fees if has not been maintained. We do expect you to stick with us for a year with this plan. We understand that things happen. Biweekly Lawn Care – Paid Every Friday of Service Week Our biweekly lawn maintenance keeps your property looking clean and well-kept every 2 weeks, year-round. Each visit includes: Mowing Edging String trimming Blowing off all hard surfaces and cleaning up our mess Billing & Payment Terms: You are billed on the Friday of the week your lawn is serviced. Payments are processed automatically. A valid card on file is required for all biweekly accounts. Service continues every two weeks throughout the year unless paused or canceled. First-Cut Policy: The first cut may include additional fees if the lawn is overgrown, excessively tall, or requires extra time and cleanup to bring it to a maintainable standard.

One-Time Lawn Care Service Our one-time lawn care service is perfect for properties that need a single cleanup or a quick refresh. Each visit includes: Mowing Edging String trimming Blowing off all hard surfaces and cleaning up our mess Estimate & Pricing: If the lawn has been recently mowed and is in maintainable condition, the price shown will apply. If the lawn has not been recently mowed, is overgrown, or requires additional cleanup, an in-person estimate will be required, and the cost may be higher due to the extra time and work involved.
