As our busy growing season comes to a close, thank you for your business, patience, and support through the summer growth, rain, and schedule adjustments. Your trust in our team means a great deal to our local business.
Here’s what to expect with your biweekly service this November through April.
Your service this season
Your lawn care service will continue biweekly. Our slow season runs from November through April.
Schedule changes. Please contact us at least one week in advance if you need to change your scheduled service.
Continued care for your property. When mowing isn’t needed, you can request bush trimming, weeding, or similar work for the same amount of time we would normally spend mowing your property, at your applicable visit price. Please arrange this with us at least one week in advance.
Always working to serve you better
We’re always working to improve our service and make things easier for our customers. As part of that effort, we’re transitioning from Yardbook to Homeworks to help us manage scheduling, invoices, and payments more efficiently. Your invoices and service communications may look a little different as we make the change.
We’ll share any instructions you need for the new system separately. If you have questions about an invoice or payment during the transition, please contact us. Thank you for your patience as we get everything in place!
